Test work after battery pack of Kehua UPS power supply appears negative obstruction
1. Firstly, the data of UPS body, power supply side and load side of each switch instrument are searched and checked. If there is no abnormal fire line, the next operation can be carried out;
2. Place a good ventilation breaker (p400a) to the standby position, and disconnect the load switch p400a to the standby position;
3. Connect the standby switch of false load control power supply and response voltage to standby;
4. After confirmation by intercom and monitoring staff, disconnect the ups battery pack switch and prepare for wiring; connect the battery pack side according to the well operated wiring method and voltage grade (192 batteries are bound to be divided into two groups after on-site inspection, and the voltage of each group is 216v, which is suitable for the single-phase 220V root of false load voltage). The operator shall wear insulating gloves and remove the copper bars adjacent to 96 and 97 batteries in the battery pack with insulating instruments, and connect the cable (120mm) connected with the false load phase line to the positive terminal of the battery pack. If the cable is connected with the false load zero line, the wire and the negative pole of the battery pack shall be connected for standby.
5. Close the battery monitoring facilities and monitor the data of each battery to be tested at the earliest;
6. Switch on the intermediate switch of battery test long-term line and test whether the voltage at both ends of switch is different from that of battery pack (- 216v) with a multimeter;
7. Blocking the false load test form: select the load switch test of the corresponding power level (the smaller power should be selected when splitting the head and face), and use the clamp type ammeter to detect the test current carried by the cable in time (overload test is not allowed).
8. After the test, check the voltage drop environment of each battery pack, whether there is a large voltage drop of individual battery, and check the appearance of each battery. The test current should not exceed the C10 discharge current of the battery pack. Combined with the voltage drop of the battery pack on site, the single battery voltage should be no less than 1.85v.
9. Restore the battery wiring and switch shape after the test.
